It helped launch Worldcoin and continues to provide support to the Foundation, in addition to operating the World App.
The communications team at TFH is looking to grow and engage its global community of (1) developers, (2) users and (3) partners.
As the community content manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing community engagement and advocacy strategies targeting these core audiences. You’ll leverage events (in-person and online) as well as relevant owned channels (social media) to drive meaningful and measurable results. This role spans ideation and creation of content for owned platforms as well as using analytics to inform strategies and track progress.
You will likely be asked to travel frequently to events.
You’ll work cross functionally in a dynamic and exciting environment to help TFH support and grow the global and active Worldcoin community. This includes taking the initiative to plan and participate in events such as hackathons, office hours and community calls, managing or co-managing social media channels directed specifically at community building (e.g. X, Discord, Telegram, YouTube, Farcaster, etc.) and assisting where necessary with owned initiatives designed to support and grow the community.
The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH in San Francisco ranges from $160,000 - $180,000, plus a competitive long term incentive package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
