As a Marketing Service Associate you are responsible to build strong co-marketing relationships with the client’s partners, and implement the Marketing Services campaigns that their industry partners have purchased. You will be working closely with both the global marketing and business development teams, as well as their partners, to implement communications strategies.

Our client is an Australian-based company founded in 2017. They provide the world's clean energy professionals with end-to-end digital design, sales, and management software to grow their businesses, free of charge.

Due to their continued success, they are looking to expand their team in the Philippines and are seeking Marketing Service Associate to join their dynamic team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaboration - Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., partners) to deliver compelling, localised content and messaging to increase awareness and adoption of both the client and its Partners’ products.

• Copywriting - Draft, conduct review cycle, and publish partner-related material for email, social media, blog, webinars, brochures, and website using tools like Hubspot, Canva, WP Engine, and Zoom.

• Dedicated account management - Provide top-tier account management and support to partners, ensuring their marketing needs are met. Includes regularly attending partner-facing meetings.

• Website updates - Access the backend of our website (WP Engine) and upload/edit content partner content.

• In-app advertising campaigns - Manage and execute in-app advertising campaigns for our partners.

• Webinar planning - Plan and execute coordination, technical setup, and promotion for webinars.

• Conference co-promotion - Coordinate with our partners before and during conferences and events to plan co-promotion (Live demos, co-branded brochures, etc) at the event to expand brand recognition.

• Go-to-market - Design and execute go-to-market launch strategies for partner launches ▸ Lead generation - Implement lead generation strategies to build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers for both the client and its partners.

• Monitoring and analytics - Utilize data and analytics tools (e.g., Hubspot, Zoom, Amplitude, etc...) to track the performance of marketing efforts, assess return on investment (ROI), and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

Must-have Skills / Qualification:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, business administration, or related field

• Strong experience in Copy Writing

• Experience in marketing, communications and the technology field

• Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership and team working skills

• Experience developing and implementing email and social strategies using platforms such as Hubspot

• The ability to clearly relay technical information to non-technical customers

• Passion for creating copy and content, aligned to our brand and story

• Bold, independent, self-motivated, innovative, passionate

• Obsession with finding new ways of solving problems to get results and having fun with it

• Terrific organizational capabilities

• Experience preparing digital communications plans and reports

• Understanding of audience segmentation and targeting approaches

• Eagerness to thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and demands.

Advantageous skills or nice-to-haves:

• Experience in Hubspot

• Solar industry experience
