We are looking for Guest Operations Specialists to join our fast growing Paris team. The ideal candidates should be a stickler for detail, proactive, skilled in general maintenance tasks and thoughtful as to ensure that the property is continuously in pristine condition for our guests. The role is primarily responsible for assisting our Operations Team in preparing new units, ensuring that existing units are perfect for our guests, and handling any issues or emergencies that arise. These issues include but are not limited to handling guest lockouts, emergency relocations, as well as keeping Operations Managers informed of potential repairs and actions being taken.

These positions are one for Monday to Friday and one for Tuesday to Saturday.

What you’ll focus on:

  • Work with our team of Operations Managers to ensure our properties are fully-equipped and move-in ready for our guests.
  • Full operational set-up and maintenance coordination of Blueground’s properties (furnishing, supplies, services, etc.) according to brand style and guidelines.
  • "Be Blueground’s "boots on the ground" to help resolve issues impacting our guests such as handling guest concerns, requests, maintenance matters/repairs and technology issues (e.g., supervising handyman/locksmith/plumber, managing deliveries, handling building maintenance/follow-up, resolving WIFI/TV issues, etc.).
  • Perform unit check-in & check-outs before and after every guest stay to ensure each apartment meets business + guest quality standards.
  • Carry out Blueground homes walkthroughs to ensure all quality assurance criteria are met when it comes to post maintenance/service requests, interiors/furnishing specifications, and overall design and aesthetics.
  • Showcase your knack for custom-centricity by being the main point of contact between our guests and the Customer Experience team.
  • Balance workflow processes with independent on-the-go work most of the time, and desk-based tasks (e.g., email, slack, G-suite) the rest of the time.

Nous recherchons un Guest Operations Specialist pour rejoindre notre équipe en pleine croissance à Paris. Le candidat idéal doit avoir le souci du détail, être compétent dans les tâches d'entretien général et s'assurer que les appartements soient en excellent état pour nos locataires. Ce poste requiert essentiellement d'assister notre équipe des opérations dans la préparation des nouveaux appartements, de s'assurer que les appartements existants sont parfaits pour nos locataires et de gérer tout problème ou urgence qui pourrait survenir. Ces problèmes incluent, mais ne sont pas limités à, la gestion d'entrée et de sortie des locataires, des relogements d'urgence, ainsi que de tenir les responsables des Opérations informés des réparations potentielles ou de tout projet de maintenance important.

Ces postes sont un pour le Lundi au Vendredi et un pour le Mardi au Samedi.

Les missions principales :

  • Travailler avec nos Responsables des Opérations pour s'assurer que nos appartements sont entièrement équipés et prêts à accueillir nos locataires.
  • Coordination de la mise en place opérationnelle et de la maintenance des appartements Blueground (ameublement, fournitures, services, etc.) conformément au style et aux directives de la marque.
  • Être les "yeux et les oreilles" de Blueground sur le terrain pour aider à résoudre les problèmes impactant nos locataires tels que la gestion de leur demandes, les questions de maintenance/réparations et les problèmes technologiques (par exemple, supervision de l'intervention d'un réparateur/serrurier/plombier, gestion des livraisons, suivi de la maintenance des bâtiments, résolution des problèmes de WIFI/TV, etc.)
  • Effectuer des contrôles d'entrée et de sortie des unités avant et après chaque séjour pour s'assurer que chaque appartement répond aux normes de qualité de l'entreprise et des locataires.
  • Réaliser des visites de vérification des appartements Blueground pour garantir que tous les critères d'assurance qualité sont respectés en ce qui concerne les demandes de maintenance/service, les spécifications d'intérieur/ameublement, et le design et l'esthétique en général.
  • Mettre en avant votre sens du service client en étant le principal point de contact entre nos locataires et l'équipe d'expérience client.
  • Gérer les processus de flux de travail avec des tâches indépendantes sur le terrain et des tâches de bureau (par exemple, emails, Slack, G-suite) le reste du temps.

Ce que nous recherchons :

  • Une mentalité terrain avec la volonté de résoudre des problemes, et la capacité de travailler dans un environnement rapide et réactif 
  • Une capacité d’écoute des clients avec de bonnes facultés de communication
  • Une capacité à être flexible et à réagir aux urgences si besoin

  • Une connaissance des outils de communication interne (email, Slack, G Suite).
  • Une personnalité positive, dynamique, motivée et amicale.
  • Anglais basique préférable
