At First Focus, our Paid Ads and SEO Specialist will play a crucial role in driving our digital marketing success.
This position requires expertise in managing paid advertising campaigns, optimizing search engine visibility, and improving website conversion rates. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, data-driven, and skilled in executing strategies that increase online engagement and generate Sales Qualified Leads.
Duties
(We will not expect someone to have all of these experiences, familiarity and knowledge is the key to be successful on this role)
The role consists of some or all of the following activities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive paid advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn to ensure maximum ROI.
- Manage all aspects of the ad campaigns, including budget allocation, keyword selection, ad copy creation, and performance analysis.
- Conduct SEO audits, keyword research, and on-page and off-page optimization to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Implement and manage CRO strategies, including A/B and multivariate tests, user journey analysis, and landing page optimization.
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing activities, offering insights and recommendations for further enhancement.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and landing pages, using data to make informed decisions about future strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in SEO and PPC, including algorithm updates and new ad formats, applying this knowledge to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, paid advertising, and conversion rate optimization.
- Strong knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO tools like SEMrush or Moz.
- Experience with website optimization tools and strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Desired
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Advanced understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
