About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our team. The Sales Coordinator/Dispatcher will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team by coordinating sales activities, managing customer inquiries, and dispatching orders efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing orders mailbox (dispatch): handle incoming orders efficiently.
  • Conduct invoice reconciliation and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
  • Process credit note and maintain backup reports
  • Maintain ticket hygiene and handle ConnectWise admin tasks
  • Organize SharePoint & OneNote
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Handle CW admin tasks: Manage vendor contacts in CW.
  • Process partner rebates/claims.
  • Create ticket templates for renewals: Streamline ticket creation and assignment.
  • Document weekly meetings and ssist with the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and proposals as needed..
  • Assist with ad-hoc admin tasks

Additional Information

  • Opportunity to work from home. If you are residing within Metro Manila or in other nearby provinces, a hybrid work set-up will apply.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales admin, sales support, dispatch, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in invoice reconciliation and resolving discrepancies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized and attention to details
  • Experience with ConnectWise is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
  • Worked in an MSP type of environment is desirable but not required
  • Worked in an international company with role as a Sales Coordinator/Dispatcher
  • Must be willing to work in our office in Ortigas or Alabang
