An exciting opportunity has arisen for an interim HR Systems & Benefits Manager to work within our HR function on a 6 month fixed term contract so you will need to be immediately available.
You will need to have experience of working within a shared service environment providing advice and guidance around HR systems, occupational health provision, and a whole host of reward, pay & benefit strategies.
You will provide expert advice and guidance to managers on all final salary pension related queries and you will at all times ensure compliance to industry regulations and pensions legislation.
You will also have strong Oracle knowledge you will ensure the HR system provides a robust and suitable platform to facilitate a professional HR service. This role is responsible for the timely production of all Oracle reports; interrogation and analysis is critical to deliver accurate information across the organisation.
Responsibility of the Reward strategy you will monitor all current activity and continue to develop and implement new initiatives across the business whilst managing third party contracts with our providers.
