As a leader of our Enterprise Sales Team, the Vice President, Enterprise Sales East position manages support functions essential to sales and regional development working directly with Omada Sales Account Executives. This includes sales process optimization, sales skills training, career development, sales meetings, sales tools support (CRM), sales territory planning, providing precise and accurate communications to all interacting departments and forecasting. The Vice President works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the sales organization and supported. This position requires an in-depth knowledge of internal/field sales, marketing, business processes, as well as Salesforce.
The Vice President, Enterprise Sales East will report to the SVP, Sales with an internal title of Regional Director, Enterprise East. The ideal candidate has experience in leading teams within the healthcare or benefits space, securing new business through direct contracts and channel sales, facilitating career development of high-performance sales teams, in-depth understanding of national/regional health plan design and aligning with internal stakeholders to develop sound marketing and go-to-market strategies. Compensation for this role will include a base salary plus an incentive component tied to team performance.

Below is a summary of compensation ranges for this role in the following geographies:
California, New York State and Washington State Ranges: $310,000 - $350,000, Colorado Compensation Ranges: $294,000 - $330,000.
Range is indicative of On Target Earnings (OTE) and includes both base pay and commission at 100% achievement of established targets. Base salary is approximately 49% - 57% of total compensation range. This role is also eligible for equity grants. The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, such as the candidate's skills and experience, and other business considerations.
