As a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for campaign execution tasks in the CRM platform (Braze), including developing the campaign content, managing tasks in our project management software (Monday), requesting assets, collaborating cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, and closing the loop by evaluating performance metrics. The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create targeted campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and other key goals.

About your role:
- Support the Lifecycle Marketing Manager in the development and execution of various automated, ongoing, and ad-hoc marketing communications including digital campaigns via email & SMS, in-app messaging, and other collateral material.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and unsubscribes.
- Deep dive into data to identify key insights and increase user engagement and interaction and develop end-to-end customer lifecycle strategies that drive engagement and retention.
- Build effective target audiences and segments for every message to drive engagement and optimal performance against KPI goals.
- Design visually appealing email templates that are responsive across devices and browsers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign cohesion across all channels.
- Provide recommendations to lifecycle marketing manager to improve campaign performance and increase engagement.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to stay up to date with the latest marketing strategies and tactics.
- Develop A/B tests for subject lines, time of day, day of the week, and/or content.
- Create new templates and continually optimize email and SMS copy.
- Ensure email and SMS campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines.
- Develop the segmentation, cadence, frequency, and dynamic content logic for all email efforts.
- Identify process improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and scale to capacity of the team.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related equivalent field
- Experience working with advanced (customer-data driven) CRMs like Braze, Iterable, Salesforce, etc.
- Outstanding copywriting and editing skills to craft engaging email content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an analytical mindset to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Knowledge of email personalization and dynamic content strategies.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging email content.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Experience using SQL preferred but not required.
