The Bookkeeper will support the finances of E5's business through financial tracking with quickbooks, while keeping company discretion. This role is a part-time role, estimated 20-25 hours a week.
What You Would Do
- Maintain all accounting records for up to 25 investment LLCs and Real Estate Holding Companies
- Provide regular invoicing to customers/tenants and monitor receivable balances
- Review vendor bills, seek approval of those bills, and process payments
- Maintain accurate records and electronic history of Vendor bills
- Coordinate Year End reporting to CPA including Year End Adjustments
- Reconcile Bank Activity within Accounting system monthly
- Coordinate various maintenance needs of buildings and tenants
- Asset Tracking and controls
- Monitoring cash flow and comparison to internal budgets
- Producing regular reporting for investors and senior members
What We Are Looking For
- Years of experience with Quickbooks or similar accounting software
- Progressive experience in general accounting functions
- High School Diploma or equivalent required with higher level education preferred
