Senior UX Developer

The InfoSum Product Team is at the heart of value generation by ensuring we have the right Marketing & Advertising product for the right customer (Publishers/Media Owners, Brands/Advertisers) at the right time.

We're seeking a Front-End Developer who will work closely with our Lead UX Designer to help scale our design and development processes as our company grows. The ideal candidate is someone who is as passionate about user experience as they are about writing clean, efficient code. You'll be responsible for implementing and improving front-end features, making small adjustments to our software independently, and contributing to our design system.

What you'll be doing:

·       Collaborate with UX Designer: Work closely with the Lead UX Designer to implement and iterate on design elements that enhance user experience.

·       Front-End Development: Develop and maintain front-end components using React and TypeScript, ensuring they align with our design system and accessibility standards.

·       UX Improvements: Identify opportunities to improve the user experience and implement improvements that llchanges, either independently or in collaboration with the UX team.

·       Semantic HTML & Accessibility: Write clean, semantic HTML with a strong emphasis on accessibility, ensuring all users have a positive experience regardless of their abilities.

·       Design System Development: Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system, ensuring consistency across the product.

·       Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver features that meet both user and business needs.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

·       Proficiency in React & TypeScript: Strong experience in building and maintaining front-end components using React and TypeScript.

·       Semantic HTML: Deep understanding of semantic HTML and its role in building accessible web applications.

·       CSS & Design Systems: Proficient with CSS and experienced in contributing to or developing design systems.

Non-technical Skills:

·       Passion for UX: A strong interest in UX, with the ability to demonstrate how you've improved the user experience in previous projects (through examples or case studies).

·       Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to ensuring consistency and usability in design and development.

·       Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with designers, product, cross-functional teams in an agile environment. 

·       Continuous Learning: A willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and UX practices.
