M&A Analyst
Location: New York, NY or Indianapolis, IN - paid relocation
Duration: Full Time
Salary plus Benefits

Specific job responsibilities will include:

• Financial statement analysis,
• Financial modeling and development of target projection model,
• Target valuation and financial return analysis (i.e., discounted cash flow analysis, accretion dilution analysis, ROIC analysis, etc.)
• Creation of internal presentation materials,
• Supporting due diligence processes,
• Maintenance of proprietary M&A databases,
• Industry and competitor analysis.

Requires BA/BS degree in finance, business or accounting and 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, transaction services, or consulting; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Requires strong financial and modeling skills with attention to detail and highly organized.
Must have strong industry and business analysis skills and be able to work independently and under time pressure.
Requires advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Capital IQ and / or FactSet.
