We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Supply Chain to lead and optimize our supply chain operations. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills to oversee end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in building a global network of suppliers, driving efficiency, and reducing costs. 

What You’ll Do

• Develop strategic relationships with new and existing global suppliers to work together to build world class products.
• Lead negotiations, contracting, and onboarding of suppliers.
• Build and manage a supply chain organization including procurement, inventory, shipping, receiving, and warehouse management functions. 
• Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations to support new product launches and day-to-day business operations.

Who You Are

• You have a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, Industrial, Software, etc)
• 5+ years experience working with a global supply chain, ideally with expertise in robotics, manufacturing, automotive, and/or consumer electronics. 
• Experience working with suppliers in Asia
• Experience identifying, qualifying, and onboarding new suppliers for complex custom parts.
• Experience hiring and leading a team of supply chain and procurement experts.
• The position requires heavy travel, with up to 50% of the time spent visiting suppliers and vendors to ensure the seamless execution of supply chain operations.
