Mass Recruiter (Blue Collars)

We are seeking a highly motivated Mass Recruiter (Blue Collars) to join Tagaddod, a leading tech platform in the renewable and environmental industry. As a Mass Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting candidates for blue collar positions within our organization. Your main focus will be on building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring that we have a steady supply of skilled and qualified workers.

Responsibilities

• Implement effective recruiting strategies to attract blue collar candidates
• Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and qualifications
• Coordinate and organize recruitment events and job fairs
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources
• Provide timely and accurate reports on recruitment activities and progress
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their workforce needs and job requirements

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Mass Recruiter for Industrial Zones/ Factories with experience in recruiting blue collar positions
• In-depth knowledge of blue collar recruitment strategies and techniques
• Strong networking and relationship building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
• Degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
