Description:Project Description and technology environment: Client is implementing the full GW InsuranceSuite including Contact Manager. They are a full line insurance company but are starting with Auto, Property, Fire and Watercraft first. Then through Q1 and Q2 there will be a ton of redevelopment, config and integration. The client is looking for someone that can help them with configurations across the entire Insurance Suite with a focus on Billing Center.
Consultant's Day to day responsibilities: - Work with the business and refine requirements for updated billing center configurations
- Taking GW insurance Suite implementation from pilot through support again, with a big focus on billingcenter.
- Using understanding of accounting/billing help set up, configure, modify list billing, group billing bulk billing, setting up payment and billing plans etc….
- Configure billing instructions, charges, charge patterns, charge invoicing, invoice items, premium reporting, holds and write offs, handling of trouble tickets/collaterals and return premium, funds tracking and contracts.
- Do some module integration work as needed
Required Skills: - Experience with 3+ GW insuranceSuite implementations through support as a config lead.
- Experience in post go live support handling issues and making configuration changes based on end user feedback/requirements – continuous improvement.
- Experience doing gosu configuration work across BC, PC and CC in that order of importance
- Must be a strong leader and have multiple GW implementations under your belt as a config lead all the way through GW app support handling tickets.
- Experience mentoring other team members
