We’re seeking an innovative and transformational Head of People, a seasoned professional, to lead on all aspects of our HR provision, and translate the LFA vision and values into a strategy and an embedded culture. This role involves full participation in the people-related operations of the LFA, collaboratively working across the business to identify strategic, departmental and individual needs and present solutions that help improve organisational performance and employee role achievement and enjoyment.
The Head of People is responsible for the full cycle of HR management, accountabilities include strategic leadership, talent acquisition and development, performance management and employee engagement, leading on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, change management and organisational development, legal and ethical compliance, delivering high-quality people-related processes, whilst proactively seeking opportunities to improve and innovate.
The ideal candidate will be dynamic and multi-skilled, adopting an approach that goes beyond the traditional HR model, establishing and leading a department that takes pride in working closely with leaders and team members to improve working relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention, making the LFA an employer of choice.

Role Details
Salary: £55k - £63k per annum, dependent on experience (pro rata if part-time)
Time commitment: full or part-time will be considered (min 22.5 hours per week across 3 days)
Hours of Work: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, normally Monday to Friday
Based: 52a Walham Grove, London SW6 1QR
Flexible working conditions will be considered.
