We are looking for an experienced marketing manager who is skilled in driving growth through data-driven strategies and innovative marketing campaigns in the B2B/B2C SaaS space.
Responsibilities
Strategy
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Create and manage a content calendar featuring blog posts, emails, case studies, videos, and social media content.
- Establish Togetherwork as a thought leader in the massage and bodywork industry through strategic marketing.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Assist the Director of Marketing in managing agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns.
Content Creation and Management
- Work with leadership to create and present webinars on industry topics, product updates, and social media campaigns.
- Generate thought leadership content, including blog posts and lead magnets.
- Develop and promote video marketing strategies.
- Contribute to direct response copywriting for ads and the website.
- Manage the company’s social media presence, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
Internal Team Collaboration
- Present marketing strategies, plans, and results to stakeholders and management.
- Coordinate closely with sales and product teams to ensure marketing initiatives support sales objectives and product launches.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive campaign success and achieve company-wide KPIs.
Reporting and Analytics
- Create and maintain reports on marketing activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
- Analyze content marketing and sales data to provide insights and optimize strategies.
- Deliver weekly and monthly marketing performance reports to management.
- Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to track the conversion of marketing activities into customers and refine processes continuously.
Requirements
- Four-year degree in marketing or a related field.
- 4+ years of successful digital marketing experience with a track record of being accountable to demand generation goals.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis in software tools.
- Strong demonstration of a “test, measure, learn” mentality.
- Proficiency in marketing automation systems (like HubSpot) and integrating those systems with other technologies.
- Strong ability to learn new platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook ads, etc.).
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in direct response copywriting for both website and online advertising.
- Experience with content marketing, including the creation of blog posts, articles, videos, and webinars.
- Ability to strategize and present opportunities.
- Eagerness to drive growth.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing agencies and vendors is a plus.
