We are looking for a Global Senior Manager for Sales Operations to join Bolt Food’s Central Commercial team on our journey to discover and drive performance improvements all over our markets throughout Europe and Africa and work both with local and HQ teams to achieve our food & grocery delivery goals.

The Central Commercial team consists of individuals from all over the world who are closely working together on building the foundations for us to scale our operation globally across the following functions: Sales Operations, Account Management, Strategic Partnerships and Enablement & Systems.

The Global Senior Sales Operations Manager will be one of the key employees at our HQ team and you will be responsible for designing our sales operations function and overall strategy and then rolling out and managing it globally. You’ll be looking for the overall sales acquisition performance, training & development, knowledge sharing and tracking key metrics across all markets.

  • <point>Overseeing restaurants sales acquisition performance, efficiency and key metrics across all markets.</point>
  • <point>Create the sales strategy for each market: lead generation, main partners, marketing actions, profitability & priorities.</point>
  • <point>Manage and constantly improve all global sales tools: CRM, digital signatures, and most importantly lead generation masterfiles & sales pipelines.</point>
  • <point>Build all processes to scale the sales acquisition efforts in an efficient and profitable manner.</point>
  • <point>Evaluate and supervise expansion opportunities into new cities and make sure we have the correct supply to generate the necessary demand.</point>
  • <point>Create and constantly improve Bolt Food’s Sales Playbook and sales materials.</point>
  • <point>Formulate and constantly evaluate incentive schemes for our sales team in each of the different markets depending on the circumstances..</point>

  • <point>Extensive experience in operations, analytics, sales and understand how sales teams operate.</point>
  • <point>Experience with Salesforce CRM and  sales enablement tools would represent plus.</point>
  • <point>Advanced Excel/Sheets skills are a must.</point>
  • <point>Be an owner and proactively find solutions to business problems..</point>
  • <point>Excellent communication & written skills in English.</point>
  • <point>Must be willing to travel across different markets throughout Europe & Africa and relocate to Estonia..</point>
