Insurance Product Manager

Sarmad is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Product Manager to join our team. As an Insurance Product Manager, you will be responsible for the development and management of our insurance product portfolio, ensuring it meets the needs of our clients and aligns with the company's strategic objectives.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including underwriting, claims, legal, and IT to define, launch, and enhance insurance products. You will perform market research, analyze customer feedback, and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new product development.

Additionally, you will be responsible for setting pricing strategies, assisting with product marketing efforts, and ensuring regulatory compliance for insurance products.

Requirements

• Proven experience in insurance product management, preferably in a similar role
• Deep understanding of insurance industry trends and market dynamics
• Knowledge of underwriting, claims, and insurance regulations
• Familiarity with insurance product development and lifecycle management processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in market research and customer insights
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
• Insurance industry certifications are a plus
