Kraken Retail Sales Associate - PT Armory

BDA is looking for fun, outgoing, and reliable professionals to be a part of our exciting Seattle Kraken retail team!

JOB SUMMARY

As a Gameday Retail Associate, you'll interact with customers, provide product information, assist with purchases, maintain the sales floor, and operate the point-of-sale system while delivering exceptional customer service. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and engage customers with a friendly demeanor.
• Assist customers in finding and selecting merchandise.
• Address customer inquiries and questions professionally.
• Ensure the sales floor is stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold brand merchandising standards.
• Operate point-of-sale system efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Adapt and perform well in a fast-paced and noisy environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Pay: Starting at $21/hour
Shift Availability: 9am-7pm(Summer) /11-7pm (after labor day) Must be able to work weekends
