We are Whitehat Engineering Nepal, a technology-focused organization based in Sinamangal, Kathmandu. We have our headquarters in the US. We are launching Hero University at our Office premises.

Our Objective:

The objective of Hero University is to cultivate and empower the future generation through our intensive training program. We are dedicated to nurturing the next generation of 3D Artist professionals through our unique training program called “Hero University”. We aim to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge required to excel in the technology industry, particularly in areas such as 3D design and rendering. We are committed to fostering a dynamic learning environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and adaptability, ultimately preparing our participants for successful careers in the field.

Job Description:

Are you looking to kickstart your career in the technology industry? Do you have a good command of the English language? If so, we invite you to join our Growth Team at Hero University, a unique training program designed to cultivate the next generation of technology professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participation in Hero University: Enroll in our intensive Hero University program, a 4-6 week training experience (October and November) aimed at developing your skills in 3D designs and rendering.

• Learn and Apply: Acquire hands-on experience and knowledge in 3D designs and rendering.

• Full-Time Office Commitment: Be dedicated to working full-time in our office during the period. Your presence and active participation are essential for your learning experience.

• Adapt to Schedule Changes: Be flexible with your schedule as the program starts in the second week of October and includes a festival week off.

• Collaborate with Peers: Collaborate with a diverse group of like-minded individuals to tackle real-world growth challenges and contribute to team projects.

• Performance Evaluation: Understand that while this program provides valuable training, it does not guarantee permanent employment. The best-performing participants will be considered for permanent roles within our organization.

• Strong command of the English language.
