Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Manufacturing Production Manager to join our cutting-edge manufacturing team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining the high-quality standards that Trackonomy is known for. You will play a crucial role in driving innovation and efficiency within our manufacturing operations.

 

This is a full time on-site role at our Juarez, MX location.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

 

• Oversee the manufacturing production process, from planning to execution, in close collaboration with the Production Planner to ensure timely and efficient completion of all production activities and meet customer due dates.
• Collaborate closely with the Inventory Manager and Production Planner to align production schedules with inventory levels, ensuring optimal material availability and minimizing disruptions to the production process.
• Support the seamless integration of continuous NPI into existing production lines, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and minimize disruptions.
• Ensure production goals are consistently met while upholding Trackonomy's quality standards, with a strong focus on meeting or exceeding customer due dates.
• Manage production schedules, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources to optimize workflow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance, to streamline production processes.
• Monitor production costs, identify inefficiencies, and implement cost-saving strategies to enhance profitability.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all production staff.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Analyze production data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive process enhancements, ensuring alignment with customer due dates and expectations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to manufacturing processes.

Qualifications:

Education, Experience, Knowledge: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Elecrical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in electronic device production or manufacturing management, with a strong track record of success.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in production planning, resource allocation, and the use of manufacturing management software.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, quality control standards, and industry best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret production data and implement process improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
