Quality Engineer

Job Summary:

 

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to become part of the quality control team at Nammo MAC LLC. Collecting / interpreting acceptance test data, aiding in root cause investigation / corrective action implementation, leading Lean Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement projects, and document control are some of the main responsibilities of this position. Strong cross functional communication skills are preferred for this position.

 

 

 

Primary Responsibilities:

·         Provide clear path of communication across multiple disciplines.

·         Collect In-process quality data.

·         Collect / interpret acceptance test data.

·         Work with cross functional team to perform root cause investigation.

·         Working with cross functional team to perform corrective action implementation.

·         Creating Root Cause / Corrective Action reports.

·         Leading continuous improvement projects

·         Document control

Job Qualifications:

·         Associate degree in Technical Field with 4-6 years of quality control or 6 -8 years of quality control experience minimum.

·         Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 2-4 years of quality control or manufacturing experience preferred.

·         Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

·         CMM experience preferred

·         ISO 9001:2015 experience preferred

·         Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred
