Lead Backend Developer

We are growing fast, and we are now looking for a Lead Backend Developer to lead and manage our talented team across the globe.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop features according to the product roadmap.
• Guide the development process of other developers.
• Proactively take responsibility for the entire development cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study.
• 6-10 years experience in backend development with leadership exposure and experience mentoring junior engineers
• Proficiency in full stack languages such as C#, .NET Core, and skills in React.js.
• Practical experience with Mongo/Mongoose for seamless data management.
• Must have experience with CRM integration (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot), OAuth solutions, and GCP debugging and configuration.
• A passion for solving specific customer issues and refining better solutions from these experiences.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
