You will work within Airmee’s Operations team, focusing on the Kallhäll terminal, and report directly to the CEO and Head of Operations. Through our research-based technology that leverages machine learning, we help e-retailers offer their customers the fastest and most convenient deliveries on the market.</p><h3 dir="ltr"><strong>The role:</strong></h3><p dir="ltr">Overall, the role involves mapping out the workflows at our terminals & loading hubs, which includes process optimization, workflow analysis, and the integration of technology-driven solutions in logistics as well as obtaining a shared understanding of the flow. This includes: </p><ul><li>Documenting and formalizing how we currently operate.</li><li>Connecting existing SOPs and process descriptions with new ones.</li><li>Ensuring that processes are effective and followed throughout the organization.</li></ul><ul></ul><ul></ul><p dir="ltr">We work in a highly data-driven environment, with all our processes—such as sorting, loading, and delivery—being technology-driven. These processes must be optimized as much as possible to ensure precise delivery, and you will contribute to this effort.
