Title: Social Media and HR Support Specialist
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Social Media and HR Support Specialist to join our team. This role is designed to complement our existing recruitment efforts with a focus on enhancing our social media presence, exploring new recruitment platforms, and providing excellent people-management support. You will work closely with our recruitment team to ensure that our HR processes are effective, our recruitment strategies are innovative, and our employees feel supported throughout their journey with us.
The role will be full-time, permanent, commencing October 2024, and based at the SINE office in Ekkamai, Bangkok. Applicants must be fluent in English, and Thai speaking is not required.
Preferably, applicants will be living in Thailand already and have knowledge and experience of Thai culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Create engaging content for our social media channels to drive recruitment and engage with potential candidates, and ensure cross-platform unification.
- Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to keep up with new platforms and best practices.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to attract top talent and promote our employer brand.
- Recruitment Expansion:
- Identify and explore new recruiting platforms and avenues to expand our reach and attract desirable candidates.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to integrate new strategies into our existing processes.
- Support ongoing recruitment with interviews, tracking candidate applications, and general recruitment practices.
- People Management Support:
- Act as a point of contact for employees, ensuring they feel supported and valued throughout their employment.
- Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, addressing any employee concerns or questions.
- General HR Administration:
- Support the processing of staff appointment documentation, including offer letters, employment contracts, and pre-employment checks.
- Assist with the induction process and support line managers as needed.
- Liaise with other teams for visa and healthcare information, ensuring all new hires have the necessary support.
The Successful Candidate Will:
- Have experience with social media management and a strong understanding of current trends and tools.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide support and build relationships with employees.
- Be highly organized with excellent administrative skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrate resilience, a positive attitude, and the ability to remain calm and diplomatic under pressure.
- Be detail-oriented with a proactive approach, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
