veritree is an award-winning climate tech start-up based in Vancouver. Launched in 2021, our technology measures and verifies the impact of global restoration efforts from the ground up. We are a small team on a big mission to plant 1 billion verified trees by 2030 with our community of businesses, planting organizations, and consumers who believe in the transformative power of verified restoration projects to create real and meaningful impact for the planet, nature and people.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to help veritree develop sales strategies, accelerate new customer acquisition, oversee the execution of sales plans, and coach the sales team to achieve their goals. Reporting directly to the Co-Founder and Head of Partnerships, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in a technology company, a deep understanding of scaling operations to the $30MM ARR level, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team. This position is based in Vancouver, Canada and will require approximately 10% international and domestic travel.

Typical On Target Earnings for this position is up to $250,000 per year, consisting of a base salary of $120,000-$150,000 plus a variable sales bonus. The final salary offer will be based on your qualifications, job-related skills, and relevant experience.
