We are looking to hire a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling and on-brand graphics for a variety of marketing materials, including digital and print assets. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of design principles and excellent creative skills to convey complex technical concepts into high-quality designs that effectively communicate our brand message and promote our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce high-quality graphic content including but not limited to digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, presentations, infographics, brochures and website graphics.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all design projects to maintain a unified brand identity and enhance brand recognition.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to translate concepts and ideas into engaging visual content that effectively communicates key messages.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools and best practices to continuously improve skills and design quality.
- Receive feedback from stakeholders and incorporate revisions to align designs with project objectives.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain and organize digital asset libraries and design files.
- Support other design-related tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in design, fine arts or related field.
- Fresh graduate - Up to three years of experience is desirable.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, infographics and typography.
- Excellent creativity and attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of logo design, advertising and branding principles.
- Good knowledge of pre-printing processes and requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent project management skills and adherence to deadlines while maintaining quality work.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
- Proficiency in English.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
- Well-versed in social media platforms and current trends.
- Additional skills such as drawing, freehand illustration, photography, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe XD, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro and UI/UX design are a plus.
