We are seeking an Associate Creative Director, Art who is passionate about concepting bold, impactful ideas and is ready to grow their craft in a dynamic, non-traditional environment. This unique role at Klick offers an opportunity for creative professionals who are more interested in pushing creative boundaries. You will work on high-concept projects that prioritize innovation, and storytelling, with a cultural relevance. At Klick, the focus is on fostering a collaborative environment where each team member brings their own set of special skills to the table. You’ll have the chance to work on notable campaigns and contribute to submissions. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the creative vision for projects that challenge norms, with a focus on high-concept storytelling
- Develop and execute bold, strategically aligned creative ideas, ensuring they resonate with target audiences and meet client objectives
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to elevate the quality and innovation of creative output, without the day-to-day responsibility of team management
- Infuse projects with cultural relevance and unique insights, contributing fresh ideas to an innovative creative process
- Take part in high-level creative initiatives with the potential to have your work recognized on notable platforms and submissions
- Focus on refining and expanding your concepting skills in an environment designed for creative growth
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in marketing/advertising business experience preferred
- A strong portfolio showcasing innovative, high-concept ideas across various media, with a focus on storytelling and craft
- Interest or experience in healthcare and DTC, with the ability to bring a fresh perspective to these sectors even without specific pharma experience
- Ability to independently drive creative projects from concept through execution while collaborating effectively with teams
- Passion for pushing creative boundaries and creating work that stands out for its originality and impact
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and strategies in a compelling way
