Snapshot of key accountabilities of the Health Center Supervisor:
- You will directly supervise all staff in the health center which includes hiring, orientating, training, reviewing, and terminating.
- Build a successful team by assuring all staff are trained to offer excellent customer service and high-quality care to patients.
- You will motivate the team through frequent and effective communication, including that self and staff are aware of their role in facilitating PPSENFL’s mission and goals.
- Provide ongoing and continual feedback for team members to identify and remove barriers to success.
- Meet with health center staff to obtain a thorough understanding of the day-to-day operations and address operational issues, proactively make suggestions to RVP regarding staffing issues that impact and the health center and PPSENFL.
- Hold daily huddles to assure that communication of new information and daily schedule and staffing are clear to all.
- As a Health Center Supervisor, you will act as a customer service role model and provide regular feedback to all staff regarding patient experience, productivity, and experience of the health center.
- You will meet or exceed visit goals through attentive management of operations including scheduling, matching health center hours with patient demand and staffing.
- You will act as a liaison between the community and the health center to promote health center services and patient experience.
Experience and Education:
- The ideal candidate has relevant work experience. Experience working in the medical field is not a requirement.
- The candidate should have 3-5 years of supervision/management experience working in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service, demonstrating, and facilitating excellent communication, providing leadership and staff supervision, with a willingness to participate in all levels of operations to assure maximal performance of the health center.
- You must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, lead and work as a team and effectively motivate a diverse staff. Customer service is key in this role as well as being able to motivate staff to provide the same level of customer service.
Benefits and Compensations:
- Hourly compensation range: Starting at $55,000.00/ year.
- Eligible for all applicable benefits effective the first of the month following 60 days from your hire date.
- Paid Time Off, accrues immediately but can't be taken until after 90 full days of employment : 3 weeks of paid time off, 10 recognized Holidays in addition to PTO, 1 personal day, and birthday.
