We are looking for our new Account Executive superhero to scale Sortlist in the German market. This role can be based in one of our offices in Brussels, Madrid, or remotely from Germany. 🦸

Your Responsibilities:
- With your enthusiasm and persuasiveness, you and your teammates are building a client portfolio consisting of German B2B providers, mainly digital, web and creative providers.
- You are responsible for the entire new business process, from prospecting to closing deals, as well as the onboarding of new B2B service providers.
- You will use email, video calls, face-to-face meetings, Social Media (Linkedin) and of course your telephone.
- Report to our Regional Director Western Europe.
- You understand the needs of the customers and can easily translate them into a commercial solution. You think along with customers to find the best solution for their current strategy.
- You are a real ambassador of Sortlist and have no problems networking at (online) events.
Your Profile:
- You have an enormous drive to be successful. You have the flexibility and mentality to find things out for yourself within a young team and make them a success.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales is required, preferable in the paid media sector. Experience in an agency is a plus.
- You can work independently and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- You feel comfortable making calls.
- Good knowledge of Digital Marketing or the sector of agencies is a plus.
- Native German speaker with excellent written and oral skills in English. A third language is always a plus.
