About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead our Atlassian Adoption Initiative. You will drive the integration and optimization of Atlassian tools, shaping product strategy, and managing the end-to-end implementation process. This role is pivotal in enhancing our project management and collaboration capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning & Value Proposition Development:
  • Develop and communicate value propositions for Atlassian products.
  • Craft and execute strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Product Management:
  • Manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive development and implementation.
  • Define and track performance metrics for product success.
• Jira Migration:
  • Lead and manage Jira migration processes.
  • Develop comprehensive migration plans and provide necessary training and support.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Gather requirements, provide updates, and manage stakeholder expectations.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Value Propositions and Strategy:
  • Proven experience in developing and executing product strategies.
  • Strong ability to create compelling value propositions.
• Product Management:
  • Extensive experience in product management.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Atlassian Product Experience:
  • Familiarity with Atlassian products such as Confluence, Jira, and PPM tools.

• Jira Migration:
  • Hands-on experience with Jira migration projects.
