Position Summary:

Eram Talent is currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our luxury jewelry retail team in KSA. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, promoting jewelry products, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, understanding their needs, and providing product recommendations.
  • Promote and sell jewelry products to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
  • Create attractive displays and maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store.
  • Process customer transactions, handle payments, and ensure accuracy in inventory management.
  • Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment to maintain appropriate stock levels.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve store targets and ensure a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in the jewelry industry.
  • Min 3 Years of Experience in Luxury Jewelry Stores.
  • Passion for luxury jewelry and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Achievement-oriented mindset with a proven track record in meeting sales targets.
  • Basic product knowledge and willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Previous experience with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
