The Retailer Support Front of House Specialist establishes and maintains effective working relationships with internal/external people to help keep businesses running smoothly. The position coordinates with Customer Service staff, Operations, Suppliers and Sales Managers seeking to provide solutions to our retailer’s enquiries and requests.
Requirements

· Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
· Excellent multi-tasking skills
· Excellent problem-solving skills
· Ability to work under pressure, to prioritize tasks and to meet deadlines.
· Customer Service experience is a must.
· Ability to interact with all levels of employees within the Company.
· Ability to quickly learn new processes.
· Intermediate Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Office knowledge.
· Proficient in English.
§ On-Site Only
§ Night shift schedule required from 4:00 pm to 1:00 am (1 hr. earlier during daylight saving Australia) - 39 hours a week)
§ Back-office work
§ Days off: Friday & Saturday
