From Swimming lessons, to walking football and everything in-between we are driven to provide fun and welcoming sessions to support the whole community to be active, both within our leisure centres and in the local community.

We are looking for a Swim School Administrator to join our friendly and professional team to assist in managing our Swim School, this is a centralised role based at The Stour Centre. We are looking for someone who has a passion for swimming and the leisure industry, someone who is able to help drive the department to meet all set targets. You will be responsible for handling the movements for children between their swimming stages and responding to email and phone call enquiries.

The good thing is that we provide you with full training and great potential for career progression, we have over 100 facilities across England and Wales – many of our staff have built successful careers with us because they love the having a positive impact in their local communities and enjoy the variety that the role provides.

Hours: 20 hours a week, Monday to Sunday (Rota basis)

Requirements

  • Confident in using a computerised system
  • The skill to establish key relationships swiftly and appropriately
  • Well developed interpersonal skills
  • To assist with queries, monitor and organise the adult and child swim classes
  • Maintaining and inputting relevant data on a timely basis
  • Clerical and administrative experience
  • Highly organised with a good attention to detail
  • Team orientated approach, able to work across organization boundaries and demonstrate interest and be supportive of the work of colleagues
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Knowledge of the ASA National plan (desirable)
  • Swim England Level 1 Swimming Assistant Qualification (desirable)
