Envoy Global's "Global Immigration Team" is worldwide, and we service all countries and jurisdictions where our clients require support except for countries or regions where we legally cannot operate (e.g., Syria, North Korea, Cuba, Iran, and Crimea). The Senior Global Data Researcher, Immigration is responsible for the management, creation and implementing global immigration data in the Envoy platform. Consistent, clean and organized global immigration data in the Envoy platform is crucial for the efficient working of our internal operations, client user experience and accurate global management reports.
As our Senior Global Data Researcher, you will be required to:
- Conduct research into global immigration policies and programs as directed
- Communicate effectively with third party partners around the world
- Summarize and compare research to other existing projects for consistency in reporting and creating content
- Track production on assigned projects and report progress to manager and relevant teams
- Maintain and update collected research so that all client-facing information stays current and accurate
- Research discrepancies, operational problems, or other issues across various case-processing workflows
- Work with Manager, Global Immigration Data and Research and Tech Development team to design, iterate and continuously improve upon structure of global immigration database in the Envoy App
- Design, maintain, iterate and continuously improve upon format of data to be imported into the App
- Work with internal and external immigration experts to research, question and sense test country specific data to be imported into the App
- Respond to client specific projects and request when internally requested to, creating client specific content
- Ensure that client specific content is quoted appropriately and recorded correctly for billing purposes
- Ensure that client specific content output is integrated into wider data set,
- Ensure that any client specific requests are considered in the broader context of the overall data structure, documenting any changes or improvements necessary to the data structure
- Manage overall project to include and update all levels of global data in the App, as needed, including case types, products, product variants, questionnaires, forms, billing, case milestones, etc.
- Manage a team of Global Data Researcher Level 1, including assigning and planning tasks/projects
To apply for this role, you should possess the following skills, experience and qualifications:
- Four or more years business and/or professional office experience
- Two or more years of corporate immigration experience in Global immigration
- Ability to think about data structure as well as content, for long term scalability and usability
- Strong time management, multi-tasking, research and communication skills
- Ability to pro-actively plan, project manage and prioritize
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to formulate and communicate recommendations for improvement
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail
- High level of proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Ability to generate work product with considerable accuracy and attention to detail
- Solid understanding of complex immigration questions as well as ability to research, analyze and draft content
- Team management experience
