Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team. The Office of CEO Project Coordinator supports strategic initiatives and ensures effective communication across departments. The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. They will work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a high level of professionalism and a manner that reflects positively on the organization.
What you’ll be doing:
- Responsible for coordinating projects and initiatives under the guidance of senior management, including gathering and synthesizing data, preparing leader summaries, and accountable for maintaining various systems and processes.
- Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Assisting senior management in developing, coordinating and tracking key initiatives and projects.
- Creating content for and coordinating global all-staff meetings, team meetings, and cross-functional meetings.
- Provide administrative support to the Office of the CEO and Executive team, including data entry, correspondence, and ad hoc coordination of travel and meeting arrangements.
- Working with Analyst Relations firms to ensure the readiness of global leaders for external analyst meetings.
- Planning and coordinating core company events, including Board of Director and Global Leader meetings.
- Possess the capability to effectively coordinate or lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Manage coordination activities like preparing meeting agendas, reporting meeting outcomes, and controlling documentation.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a corporate or executive office environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong analytical skills to enable you to anticipate issues and provide suitable solutions.
- Efficient with time management, able to prioritize tasks effectively, and flexible in adapting to changing priorities and evolving business needs.
- Strong relationships building with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including across functions.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
