  • Position: IT Operations Internship
  • Duration: 10 Week Program starting June 2, 2025, and completing August 8, 2025
  • Location: Analytic Partners Global Headquarters, 1441 Brickell Ave Suite 1220, Miami, FL 33131

  • POSITION & TEAM OVERVIEW:
  • Analytic Partners IT Operations internship program is an interactive program for students to explore the Information Technology field and learn more about how our team implements and supports end-user computer systems. The program is open to students pursuing BS or MS in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.

  • Participants will:
  • Experience what it's like to work in a Corporate IT department
  • Gain practical skills in engineering and supporting end-user computer systems
  • Receive active coaching.
  •  
  • YOU WILL OWN & COLLABORATE ON:
  • Work side by side with current Systems Engineers to understand and participate in the design, development, and deployment of basic network configurations, servers, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Setup and administrate configurations for Office365, OpenDNS, LanSweeper, Exchange and Active Directory.
  • Create AP Help Desk Tickets and manage JIRA ticketing system.
  • Administrate Azure and Office365
  • Deployment of configurations, including software and hardware upgrades on networking devices
  • Monitor AV/AM, IDS, and logging operation

  • QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NEED:
  •  
  • Minimum:
  • Currently enrolled in a CS/IT bachelor's degree program.
  • Administration and/or support experience with end-user devices
  • Practical Microsoft and Apple operating systems experience
  •  
  • Preferred:
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
  • Experience Administering Microsoft O365
  • Experience supporting iOS/Macs

  • ELIGIBILITY:
  • Undergraduates graduating between 2025 – 2027.
