About the role

As the Account Coordinator you’ll be joining a positive, enthusiastic and fun (even if we do say so ourselves) team, who always strive to be better and win!

You will support the team in bringing our clients competitions to life. You will be actively involved in all aspects of the Ansible business from ideation, presentations, implementation, reporting and research, focused on creating campaigns and growing opportunities for clients and the Ansible business.

On a daily basis your focus will be to build and maintain trusted relationships, through world class client service.  You will be the client point of contact, managing communication as well as identifying and proactively recommending custom solutions and new market opportunities with the Ansible client portfolio.

What you will be doing

• Lead Team Briefings
• Participate in client strategic planning sessions
• End-to-end campaign setup, including terms & conditions, competitions draws, winner judging, campaign microsites and campaign reporting
• Post Campaign Analysis decks
• Lead client brainstorms and ideation sessions

What will you need to bring?

• Experience dealing with clients and managing stakeholders
• A genuine curiosity and interest in the marketing and competitions space.
• You thrive on creating relationships and working with others.
• Passion for TV, technology and digital media
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel & PowerPoint
