Staff Scheduler (CNA)

Lakeside Generations is hiring a Full-Time Staff Scheduler (CNA) to join our team! We’re offering a $5,000 Bonus for this position! This opening in the Health Care Center provides the opportunity to be a part of the management team, and support direct nursing staff.

This is a Full-Time, benefit eligible position working a varied schedule.

• Create bi-weekly nurse staffing schedule.
• Apply collective bargaining agreement to schedule and short notice staffing.
• Help with employee engagement programming and assistance.
• Take after hours call coverage via phone.
• Display an attitude of courtesy and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Minnesota. 
• Previous staff scheduling and health care experience a plus!
• Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to find solutions within guidelines that create win-win situations.
• Desire to support a direct care team for the older population and others in need.
