Arcanys is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Head of HR to lead all HR-related functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all HR related functions across the employee lifecycle, including:
Recruitment (this part will initially require the most time and effort)
Onboarding
Training and development
Career management
Performance appraisal
Compensation and benefits
Employee experience and wellbeing
Offboarding
HR administration
Compliance and policy management
Health and safety
Note that some of the responsibilities listed above will be completely owned by the HR team, while others will be coordinated or supported by the HR team but executed by other teams.
Examples: onboarding, training, performance appraisal.
Required Skills and Experience:
Strong background in recruitment
Excellent awareness of both Filipino and European working cultures
Experienced leader of the global human resources function in companies with 500 to 1000 employees
Demonstrated experience setting up and managing HR practices across the full employee lifecycle, including people, processes, tools, and data analytics
Skilled at managing a distributed workforce across multiple countries and timezones
Fluent in English
Fluent in Cebuano is a plus
Preferred:
Experience in a software development or IT services company
Experience in building an HR team from the ground up
Solid experience with recruitment analytics
