Corporate Tax Manager

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Corporate Tax Manager to join our reputable UK and CA firm. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple operations in the tax practice area. You will deliver high-quality tax services, build strong client relationships, provide strategic tax planning advice, and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple operations in the tax practice area
• Deliver high-quality tax services in compliance with laws and regulations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide strategic tax planning advice to clients
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
• Identify and mitigate tax risks
• Manage tax provision and tax compliance processes
• Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices
• Manage and coordinate tax audits
• Maintain tax balances on general ledger
• Prepare tax papers and handle information data requests

Requirements

• Relevant professional qualification (ATT/CTA/ACA/CPA)
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in corporate tax
• Strong knowledge of UK and/or CA tax laws and regulations
• Proven experience in leading and managing tax operations
• Excellent strategic tax planning skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
