How you’ll make an impact:
As a Conversion Optimisation Manager at Xero, you will drive our global conversion optimisation agenda for our Performance Marketing team. Conversion optimisation is one of the most important levers to drive acquisition efficiency for both Paid and Organic channels. By working closely with our creative and channels teams, you will have the opportunity to drive outsized impact via the deployment of highly sophisticated user journeys that match the users' intent and drive conversions.
What you'll do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive conversion optimisation strategy to increase conversions, revenue, and user engagement across all performance marketing channels
- Create and prioritise a testing roadmap to continuously optimise website elements, including landing pages, content pages, and user journeys
- Analyse and interpret data from A/B tests and other creative efforts to make data-driven recommendations on future tests and creative development roadmaps
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align CRO efforts with overall marketing initiatives
- Prepare and present regular reports on CRO performance to key stakeholders, including insights, recommendations, and results
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging CRO tools and techniques
What you'll bring with you:
- Extensive experience in conversion rate optimisation and/or product growth
- Direct experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and statistical analysis
- Demonstrated expertise in web analytics, including GA4 and GTM
- Deep expertise in managing complex CRO programs on a global scale
- Experience working with product design, UX/UI to develop new landing page concepts
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using CRO tools such as Optimizely, Adobe Experience, and/or similar platforms
