About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate, driven individual to join our team as a Project Manager, Creative. This role is integral to the execution of creative projects, ensuring brand consistency, and driving the operational success of design initiatives. You will collaborate closely with creative teams and design leadership to break down complex brand and design objectives into actionable plans, ensuring that creative outputs align with overarching brand goals. Your role will also involve advancing critical creative projects, facilitating communication across departments, and driving the delivery of high-quality design solutions. As a key player in the creative process, you'll develop tools and processes to streamline collaboration, maintain brand standards, and enhance the efficiency of our creative operations. Your insights will contribute to improving workflows, enabling the team to deliver exceptional design work that fully integrates the brand across all aspects of our projects.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with creative leadership to break down long-term design and brand objectives into actionable projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision.
- Develop clear sub-goals and timelines to facilitate efficient project execution, maintaining focus on design quality and brand integrity.
- Coordinate between the creative, design, and operations teams to ensure that all departments are aligned in executing critical projects.
- Facilitate clear accountability and track progress on high-priority design deliverables, helping ensure that projects meet timelines while maintaining brand standards.
- Create and implement tools, templates, and processes that streamline communication and collaboration between creative teams and leadership.
- Reduce administrative burdens by standardizing internal reporting, project tracking, and progress updates, ensuring clarity and efficiency across design projects.
- Act as a bridge between creative teams and business executives, ensuring that leadership is regularly updated on key design and brand projects.
- Develop agendas, presentations, and reports that effectively communicate project progress, priorities, and insights to senior leaders.
Ideal Background
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 2+ years’ experience in a creative-driven environment (e.g., design agency, branding consultancy, or high-growth startup).
- Previous experience in managing design or brand-related projects is highly preferred.
- Advanced organizational, analytical, and presentation skills required.
- Ability to manage multiple creative projects with varying time horizons.
- Superb attention to detail, especially with regard to brand consistency and creative execution.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts, strategies, and insights in both written and visual formats.
- Familiarity with design processes, brand guidelines, and creative project management.
