Role: Sr Live Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Create daily, weekly, and monthly loan recovery plans.
• Monitor and analyze collection performance metrics.
• Enhance collection strategies for tele-collection and ground agents.
• Dispatch collection orders to ground collection agents.
• Manage day-to-day collection operations.
  
• Assist agents with questions and resolve customer issues.
• Investigate fraud and troubled orders.
• Resolve customer support tickets promptly.
• Track new customer acquisitions and sales agent performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
