American Medical Compliance (AMC), One of the clients of Bizforce, is seeking a dedicated SCORM Content Editor and Publisher to enhance our dynamic team. This role demands a professional with a robust background in English and superior writing skills, combined with a thorough understanding of SCORM standards for e-learning content. The successful candidate will collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to develop, edit, and publish SCORM-compliant modules that meet the educational needs of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
- Edit and refine healthcare compliance training materials for clarity, grammar, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Transform and integrate multimedia components into SCORM-compliant e-learning formats.
- Ensure full compliance of all educational content with SCORM specifications for optimal functionality across diverse LMS platforms.
- Partner with instructional designers to create interactive and pedagogically effective e-learning experiences.
- Oversee the publishing process, including quality assurance checks to guarantee high-quality, error-free content releases.
- Regularly update existing SCORM modules based on evolving compliance regulations and user feedback.
- Advise on content design and structure to improve learner engagement and retention.
- Resolve any SCORM compatibility issues in collaboration with technical teams.
Other Details:
Duration: Long-term; Full-time
Schedule: 9 AM - 5 PM Tucson, AZ time (12 MN - 8 AM Philippine time); 8 hours/day; 40 hours/week
Days off: Saturday and Sunday

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Education, or related field.
- At least 3 years of professional editing experience in an educational or e-learning setting, with a focus on medical or healthcare content.
- Demonstrated proficiency in SCORM content creation and publishing.
- Exceptional command of the English language with impeccable writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Skilled in using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and compliance requirements is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively in both independent and team environments.
