Must Have :
· Good Analytical and observation skills
· Very Good scripting skill ( With Perl/TCL using tool commands)
· Experience in synthesis, with good optimization knowledge
· Basic constraints development knowledge, Understanding of IO budgets
· Strong Floor-planning and PnR skills for lower tech node
· Experience in LPM designs , CPF construct and usage
· Understanding CTS and ability to optimize with manual tweaks
· Strong STA concepts, Timing report analysis

Good to have :
· Basic DFT Knowledge ( Different STA Modes)
· Functional ECO/Timing ECO exposure
· DRC/LVS/IR/Antenna/EM Violations
· LEC Knowledge
· Innovus/Cadence Tool Set experience
