Courier Operations Associate ( Full- Time & Part-Time )

What you will be doing: We are looking for individuals who are reliable and motivated to participate in the sorting and loading of boxes in a fast paced environment.

Courier Operations Associate
Salary: Our hourly salary is 17$/hour

Warehouse Location: 189 Rue Deveault, Gatineau, QC J8Z 1S7

Here are the following schedules;

Full- Time (10 hours a day)
Saturday (night) - 11 pm to 9am
Sunday (night) - 11 pm to 9am
Monday (night)- 11 pm to 9am
Thursday (night) - 11 pm to 9am
Total Hours: 40 hours

Part-Time ( 8 hours a day)
Wednesday -7 pm to 3am
Thursday - 7 pm to 3am
Total hours: 16 hours

Here are the responsibilities of this role:

• Sorting boxes from full pallets into individual skids for each route;
• Breaking down pallets, moving, lifting boxes of boxes (5-10 kgs);
• Ensuring boxes of groceries are sorted efficiently and without error;
• Accurately loading orders into vehicles based on delivery routes;
• Communicating issues such as missing, extra, damaged or missorted boxes to supervisors in a timely manners

Requirements

Requirements and qualifications:

• A High School diploma or equivalent;
• Previous manufacturing or industrial work experience;
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with daily targets;
• Ability to communicate, write and read in English
• The ability to lift up to 35-50 pounds repetitively during your shift;
• A willingness to work in a cold workplace
