Technical Writer

If you care about writing and believe that users can find their way in our software using your documentation, we are looking for you!

We do some Ux writing (UI writing), some traditional technical writing (Help centre articles, release notes), and some innovative writing (for generative AI bots).

We understand that you may not have experience in all these areas – but if these ideas excite you and you are willing to adapt to these different styles of writing, do write to us!

What will you be doing?

• Asking plenty of questions so you understand not only how something works, but also why it matters to the people using it
• Testing things out. Don't take the tech team's word for it, try things out yourself! 
• Writing beyond the obvious and educating customers on the Whys.  
• Contributing to the discussions within the team. We value new ideas. You'll see! 
  
  

We’d love to hear from you if you are:

• Someone with 2-3 years of experience in the industry.
• Someone who wants to learn and is a self-starter. You must be a highly motivated individual who believes in taking ownership of any work assigned to you.
• Willing to put in the hard yards. Work at Zenoti is challenging but rewarding. You must thoroughly understand and work with the feature before you write anything. If you are looking to just build on a technical specification, this is not the place for you.
• Someone who can juggle multiple tasks with quality and speed. We work at a pulsating pace.
