4+ years of (minimum) experience as Tech Writer
Expert communication skills, both written and verbal
Basic/Advanced use of Adobe Structured FrameMaker
Advanced use of the Microsoft Office Suite
Work effectively both independently and within offshore/onshore team environment
Maintain flexibility and adaptability to work on other writers' projects to help meet deadlines
Understand and communicate complex technology in a user friendly manner

Follow all applicable standards and guidelines
