<p>We are recruiting an experienced and passionate Pilates Instructor to join an elegant &amp; prestigious studio catering to high-end clientele in Qatar.</p><p><strong><br></strong><strong>The package:</strong></p><p>- tax-free monthly salary QAR 11 000 - 14 500 (approximately US$ 3 000 - 4 000)</p><p>- 30% commission on PT</p><p>- the studio will help in finding &amp; paying upfront for accommodation and will be deducted in installments later</p><p>- medical insurance </p><p>- visa</p><p>- paid annual leave<br></p><p>- annual flights<br></p><p>- partial support for education and sponsorship for competitions if any</p><p>- relocation flight<br><strong><br></strong><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge &amp; Skills:</strong> </p><ul><li>Comprehensive Pilates Certification (internationally recognised)</li><li>Minimum 2 years experience </li><li>English speaking (Conversational level at a minimum - able to communicate clearly)</li><li>Arabic speaking would be advantageous, but not a requirement</li><li>Approachable, graceful &amp; displays attention to detail</li><li>Works well in a team</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work with diverse client populations</li><li>Strong knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics related to Pilates<br>exercises.</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills</li><li>A commitment to continuing education and professional development in the field of Pilates.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong><br>- Develop a safe, professional, comprehensive Pilates training program for<br>each client to ensure they attain their goals and remain motivated to<br>continue progress<br>- Conduct initial client’s complimentary assessment and goal setting to be<br>able to recommend a Pilates training program<br>- Instruct both private and semi-private sessions<br>- Provide clear and concise instructions during sessions, demonstrating<br>exercises and correcting techniques as needed<br>- Maintain accurate records of client progress, including session notes and<br>goals achieved.<br>- Complete all administrative requirements associated with client<br>management<br>- Collaborate with Manager and other instructors in the center to ensure<br>members have a well-rounded experience<br>- Provide excellent customer service to all members and guests<br>- Strive to have consistent &amp; frequent client activity to help them achieve<br>results + goals<br>- Participate in ongoing training and development<br>- Participate in marketing initiatives and promotional events to attract new<br>clients and retain existing ones.<br>- Uphold the studio's standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety.<br>- Provide an average of three semi-private training sessions per day.<br></p><ul></ul> •
